IA provides clients with accounting services in conformity with the Turkish Accounting Standarts and legal regulations. Legal books and records to be kept, document layouts, statements and declarations which are to be issued are prepared by our company.
IA designs custom accounting system infrastructures for the customer in a manner to meet management and financial reporting requirements of the customer in scope of accounting services; any kind of accounting services such as management, IFRS, US GAAP, exchange, etc. are offered at the same time.
We provide accounting services from the customer’s office or from our own office, depending on the customer’s needs. In addition, full-time accounting personnel are employed at the customer’s offices upon their demand.
Our accounting services can be summarized as follows:
- Bookkeeping,
- Preparation and forwarding of statements and declarations,
- Documentation and filing support in conformity with the client’s work flow processes,
Bookkeeping:
Our clients have their legal bookkeeping procedures performed either at their office or our office within the given period.
Upon requests of our clients, bookkeeping procedures can also be performed in foreign languages within accounting principles such as expense center, profit center, project-based, exchange-based criteria and other principles such as IFRS and US GAAP. Cost and time saving option is provided through a single system, combining the client’s needs and legal requirements.
Preparation and Forwarding of Tax statements and declarations:
Tax returns, SSK (social insurance association) declarations and other statements which the client is obliged to submit on monthly, quarterly and annual basis under Turkish tax legislations and other legal regulations in conformity with accounting records.
We provide this service not only for those which already receive bookkeeping services from us but also for clients which perform their bookkeeping procedures within their organization but additionally ask for this service. This service also comprises monthly check of books, records and documents kept at the client company.
Preparation of financial statements, forms and schedules required along with statements and declarations is also included in scope of our services.
Documentation and filing support in conformity with the client’s work flow processes:
Our accounting services include reviewing of the client's work flow processes, execution of the client’s process analyses, identification of document flow order and filing directories for the accounting department, and counseling services.
The purpose of our service is to reduce the time unnecessarily spent by the accounting unit and other units, and to increase corporate efficiency by ensuring timely delivery of documents to the accounting unit and by preventing inquiry of every history document to the accounting unit.
